Arresto Menor

sir/ madam

maraming salamat po..more power and godbless..

You have to be able to establish first that he is the father of your child. Do you have any written evidence that he acknowledges that he is the father? a love letter, a written promise to provide support. pwede text, email.

If none and he continues to deny he is the father you or your lawyer can send a demand letter that the provides support. threaten him that you will compel him to undergo a DNA test and file criminal complaints for violation of the Violence Against Women and Children Law.

However, if he denies or does not respond, your only remedy is to file a case with the family court to establish that he is the father and request the court that he provide support.
