Arresto Menor

Hi! Gusto ko lang itanong kung may nakakasuhan po ba tlaga sa training bond! Kasi po, yung friend ko ay 3 days lang sya pumasok sa ETELECARE at di na nya tinapos yung 6 mos na training. Sa training bond na pinirmahan nya ay kailangan daw na magbayad sya ng 30k pag di nya natapos ang training. Nagpadala ng letter ang etelecare sa kanya at pinagrereport at pinageexplain sya at pag di nya ginawa yun ang ipe-penalized daw sya. So ano pakaya ang pwede nya gawin?Please help...

in practice it is rare that the bond is enforced in court, but some employers will withhold last pay and clearance.
