while working abroad ( OFW ), i got a permanent disability. Can i avail a disability claim in SSS ? .. my problem is currently im using my brother's name/identity .. my Brother and I are both member of SSS

.... can i claim it (disability claim) using my original name ? .. the medical certificate is under my brother's name ...is there a legal remedy to this ?
