Hello,

Pls. advice on what is correct share given to legitimate and illegitimate kids when a parent dies? The sole parent has 4 kids: 2 legitimate and 2 illegitimate. Pls. help thanks

if no will, and the spouse is also dead, then each legitimate child is entitled to 33.33% and the illegitimate children are entitled to 16.66% each
