almost 10 years na yung card ko na wala akong narereceived na kahit na anong letter from them, tpos bigla silang nagsend ng letter sakin this week lang na may dpat daw ako na bayaran na P38,890.00. dati naman kulang kulang 10k lang yun which is interest lang nman, tapos biglang lumaki ng ganun, how is that? ipapakulong daw nila ako kapag hindi ko nabayaran yun, anong dapat kong gawin? salamat

Sir, pano mababayaran ang principal di ba kung binigyan ka ng 1 year term para mabayaran yun bayad ka ng bayad pag di ka nakbayad ng ilang bwan may penalty na naman kaya palaki ng palaki. Ganin din po kasi sa akin

Why not look for a third party? like debt consolidator? Does this exist in your country? because in US and UK they have this system. when people can't afford to pay their debt. The debt consolidator company will help you deal with them by arranging to pay your debt monthly, within your budget in a couple of years time, without having any further interests. And they may be able to get them to agree to pay the minimal without any interest at all.

All bank are insured if you don't owe them more than 100K they can just claim it to the insurance. According to my Philippine friend you should ask around or do a reseacrh for debt consolidator. Wish you luck on this.

Accdg sa nabasa ko sa ating constitution. No one could be compelled to pay a debt under pain of criminal sanctions and no one can substitute payment of a debt thru imprisonment or criminal penalties. Makukulong ka lang if you have criminals acts.
