Hi new to all this and have made myself feel a plonker already, welcomed myself with my post.SORRY.
I was a courier and had a small business. my van got vandelised and Aviva instructed garage to repair. What was to take 15 days took 3 months. I lost all my contracts during this time as my van was assigned to M.O.D movements. My wife became seriously ill. I lost 60000, and all aviva gave me was 14200. I signed no paperwork stating it to be my full and final settlement. I have now filed a complaint with the Ombudsman. What are my chances are getting somewhere near what i have lost? Thank you
