German tourist on probation in Nevada - probation transferable?

Hello,

I am a German tourist and facing trial in Nevada. D.A. recommends probation. My tourist visa expires Dec. 30. Will I have to spend the whole duration of the probation (probably 3-5 years) in the US? Or is there a way to transfer the probation over to Germany? Is there any way how I can legally leave the US? My consulate has not much info regarding my special case.
Has anybody experienced or heard of similar problem?
