Good afternoon, Atty.!

I received a summon from our Barangay just this noontime. It was for Demand for Payment. I have debt obligations to my jewelry supplier and my I am already able to pay half of my credit to her. She knows that I am doing my best to complete my payment to her. She even met with my Tita and told my Tita that she does not have any intentions of filing a case as she understands my situation. That's what she said. Now, the summon. I understand that if I will not appear before the 'Lupon', and barangay will give me another summon, that would be the 2nd summon already. Is it acceptable if I will reach out to my supplier first and talk it over with her instead of appearing before the barangay?

We already communicated with my supplier's lawyer. However, a 3rd summon has been sent to me despite the fact that my counsel and her lawyer were already communicating. I just don't get it. My lawyer is unreachable as of the moment. I already sent her a message but I am very worried already thus I replied to your message hoping you'll be online and see my message soon. Should I send a letter to our Barangay Captain to let him know that we have already communicated with my supplier's lawyer?

I also have the same problem pero iba lang po ung case ko.

Nag rent ako ng bahay 5 years ago kay let's call her OWNER 1, ngayon po, habang nasa bahay pa ko, binebenta nya na po nya yung bahay niya, so habang wala pang bumibili dun muna ako. Nag down ako ng 9k, 1 month deposit and 2 months advance. November 10 po ako lumipat pero nag bayad nako ng monthly nung Dec. 10 and so on .. hanggang sa may bumili na ng bahay, si OWNER 2 . bali parang business ni OWNER 2 yung pag paparent ng bahay, ngayon nagulat nalang ako ng cnabi ni OWNER 1 na naconsume ko na daw ung 1 month sa downpayment ko.. so 6k nalang daw pero may mga receipt po ako, and nakita ni OWNER 2 na hindi ko na consume. okay pa ung 9k ko, pero pinapirma ako ni OWNER 2 ng contract na 6k daw ang deposit ko, pero 6 months contract lng un.. temporary lng daw un at ausin nalang daw nila ung 9k ko kay OWNER 1 kasi matanda na, 80+ yrs old. na hahighblood. So after 5 years.. may issue sa canal sa bahay na umaabot na sa doorstep, at pag naglalaba, napapaligiran na ung bahay namin ng tubig canal, cinocontact ko ung may ari ng bahay pero wala syang action so napag decide ko na umalis na. hindi nako nag bayad ng electric bill and water bill for 2 months, kasi may 3k ako sa kanila for that mura lng naman bills ko. di umaabot 1k then 2 months sa rent pero nagulat ako kasi 6k lng daw ung down ko dati. i thought tlga okay na un issue dati. puro kasi verbal e, so ngyari naputulan ung ng electric bill. ngayon hinahabol habol nila ako sa 3k, isip ko bakit ko babayaran? pina summon na nila ako sa barangay sa lugar na tinirhan ko na ngayon. di ko nasipot at first kasi nilagay lng sa table ko ung summon di ko nabasa, ngayon andito na ang 2nd summon.

question ko po: pag mga ganun ba na nagchange ng ownership ng house tapos may nag rerent cnu po ang dapat mag usap about sa na down na po ng nag rent?

may laban po ba ako dito? 5 yrs ago na po un ngyari tapos wla na ung mga receipt, naitapon ko na kasi lumipat nako ng bahay, assuming na wla ng magiging problem kasi okay naman cla kausap nung nag rent pako, lugi pa ata ako sa kanila.

pde po ba akng mag request na dun kami sa brgy kung san ako nag rent kasi malapit lng un dun c OWNER 1? gusto ko sana sya isali sa usapan.
