hi. ask sana po ako ng help. i got married 2003 with a guy 17 years older than me. ang alam ko annulled sya sa first marriage nya. since bata pa ako nun hindi ko inintindi yun. lahat ng government agencies like sss, pag-ibig, philhealth, bir na update ko yung status ko. when i gave birth to our first son last 2009, i just found out na hindi pa pala sya annulled sa first marriage nya, i found it out sa pag update ng dependents nya sa sss, i ask him kung talaga bang annulled na sya sabi nya on process pa raw. now mag one year na kaming separated kasi may bago n syang kinakasama, ni hindi na sya nagbibigay ng support sa son namin. my question is pano ko po mapa void yung marriage namin since hindi pa annulled yung first nya? with that ibig sabiohin hindi valid yung kasal namin. san po ba ako pwedeng lumapit para mapa void? kung maari yung free lang since hindi ko kaya magbayad ng malaki? and pwede ko bang idaan sa legalities yung pag kuha ko ng support para sa anak ko? till now im still using his surname. please help me. thanks

you can charge him with bigamy and have your marriage declared void. you can also charge him with economic abuse.

hi sir, can i ask..is it a groud for nullification of marriage if both parties falsificated the signatures of their parents?..the woman is 19 and the man is 20 when they got married..thanks..

i guess not...remember d requisite as 2 consent?...it refers to the consent of d marrying parties...not d parents...thus, its jz an irregularity.
