Hello,
What is the procedure of filling declaration of Nullity? I am in Canada and my husband is still living in the Philippines. Marriage took place in the Philippines.

His first marriage is still valid.

Is there a way for me to file here in Canada? I heard that I need to be physically there in Pinas (where the marriage took place) to file.

My husband do not want to file for nullity and I do not want to go back just for that.

I am looking forward to hear from you.

Thank you.
