Good day!bago user po dito,tanung ko lang sana,meron po ako promisory note s hospital na minimal kong hinuhulugan,kakamatay lang po kasi ng live-in partner ko at me sakit pa yung anak ko kaya talagang hirap kami financially,last december po,ng-sabi yung hospital na kung di kami makakabayad ng amount na hinihiling nila,mgfile daw sila charges sa amin at papapakulong daw po ako dahil ako naka-sign s promisory note,anu po ba options ko at me power po ba sila n ipakulong kami kahit nakakahulog kami ng pakonti-konti sa kanila??salamat po ng madami!

i do not believe any criminal case they file will prosper. failure to pay a debt is not a crime.
