hello po,i need help regarding annulment.nag file po ako ng annulment case sa first wife ko but i married another one before the decision came out.now the decision came out in favor of me but because of a wrong entry of date(sept 28 instead of sept 26)hindi po tinanggap ng local civil registry para mabura sa records nila.am i liable for bigamy?ano po ang magandang gawin ko?nahihirapan ako maglakad ng papeles kasi ofw ako.can my second wife file for annulment sa marriage namin just to avoid bigamy?pls help me,very desperate

Nakuha ko po yong Certificate of singleness today Dec 13 at laking gulat ko po ng makita ko married ako nung Aug 5,1999 sa Kalookan District,and it says that it was enrolled in the NSO database Nov 30,2011.Wala po nangyari na kasalan kahit sa nasabing lugar n nakasaad sa Cert.Ang nangyari po kasi is arrangement between parties lang with the presence of an Atty para lang maumpisahan ang pag process ng petition papers ko wayback 1999.After the said arrangement inabandon ako ng guy na yon when he got back to the US and up to this date i dont know his whereabouts.Kung meron man arrangement na nangyari Atty,valid ba yong nakapasok sa NSO?I dont have any document,not even a piece of paper to remind myself of that said arrangement.Nakalagay din sa Cert na nakuha ko today na yong marriage was enrolled Nov 30,2011.Bakit ganun katagal bago pumasok sa NSO database.It's more than 10 years now.As far as I remember,nung 2004 or 2005 nagpa verify ako ng status ko sa NSO (natapon ko na kasi yong documant na yon)and single talaga ako.All of a sudden naging married ako without even me knowing it.Valid po ba yong Cert na nakuha ko ngayon?Anu po ang dapat ko gawin para maiayos ko to kasi ayaw ko na married ako wherein fact wala naman kasalan na naganap talaga.Thank you and more power.

7.Kailangan pa po ba ang ex nya sa pagfile?
8.Paano na po kaya yung gamit ko kasi last name na niya sa passport ko?
