kinasal po ako 2011. hiwalay napo kmi at walang communication. nag decide po akong mag file ng annulment pero nalaman ko po hindi na register yun kasal namin in 2011. kinasal lng po kmi s bahay namin at ang nag kasal ay isang konsehal (may sakit kc si mayor kaya konsehal yun nag kasal). tanong ko po valid po ba yung kasal namin kung hindi nka register s NSO? pwede po b akong pakasal ulit sa iba since di n register un kasal s NSO? may lapse date po b un kasal n un kung di n register? pls help need your advice. thanks

go to the local civil registrar and submit a copy of your marriage contract

attyLLL pano pag hindi din nk register s munisipyo? is that mean malaya nko ? kc mg fifile po ako annulment sana. gustu ko sana walang mging poblema in the future..

i would say it would be difficult to prove that you had a first marriage but at the same time, registration is not a requisite for validity of marriage
