I received a return to work order from my employer and gave me the right to air my side for the cause of my absences until nov. 23, 2011 @ 11pm, i went to my employer today to give them the letter airing my side however when I spoke to my boss, i was advised that I have been terminated from the company. what would be the next step to do?

ask for the notice of termination. if you are going to contest, file a complaint at nlrc
