Hi ask ko lang po sana kung may Return to Work Order ka na po ba i hohold po ba ng company mo yung salary mo? May 5 days na po kasi akong hindi naka pasok due to an personal emergency pero iniinform ko naman po ung team lead ko pero may RTO na daw po ako. I hohold po ba nila yung sahod ko? Thank you

Pwedeng ma-hold ang sweldo mo lalo na kung walang kasiguraduhan na babalik ka.

However you are entitled to be paid (eventually) for all the days worked, plus the pro-rated 13th month pay.
