I am working as a part time employee in an English tutorial. I get paid P60 for each 25 minute class. Our company has a policy on attendance. If you are late even just for a minute, they are going to deduct P100 from your salary. If you are absent even for just one class, they will reduce your rate by P10 (P60 - P10 = P50), so if your making 50 classes for a 10 day work period this is a deduction of P500.
Is this legal?
