Good PM atty,

I would just like to ask a question regarding tardiness. How many minutes should pass before an employee could be considered tardy?

technically, you are late if if you are not there at the right time, unless the company is allowing a grace period.

What's the allowable number of tardiness per month can an employee have before he/she gets sanction?

What are the usual sanctions for tardiness and absences?
