Gud po..i hav ds problem po..yun pong brother ko may anak po sila ng girlfriend nya...d po sila nagpakasal pro nkapirma po xa dun sa birth cert nung baby...sa kasamaang palad po atty.namatay po ung babae almost 2mos after she gave birth with their son.kasunduan po between sa family namin and sa family nung girl na maghihiraman po sa baby...pro po nung ku2nin na po namin ung bata ayaw na po ibigay at ipakita ung bata...ano po ba dapat namin gawin?sino po ba tlg my karapatan sa custody nung bata?by the way,8 months po ung baby...pls po help...

please help i need advice. ang asawa ko po ay may anak sa ex-bf nya at gusto ko pong gamitin ng anak nya ang apilyedo ko since ako naman ang nagsusuporta sa bata. kilangan ko pa ba ang conscent ng ama nito.. dahil sa ngayun ang ginagamit na apiledo ng bata ay ang apelido ng kanyang ama.. please help...

yes, bgy where the child is located. a petition for habeas corpus should be the last resort, but it is a proper legal remedy.
