Arresto Menor

Iniwan po ng kapatid kong babae ang pangangalaga ng 3 yr old daughter (illegitimate) nya saamin. Ang biological father po ng bata ay pilit na kinukuha ang custody ng bata saamin dahil sya daw po ang ama at nagbabanta na magdedemanda. Ano po ba ang pwede namin gawin o papel na maaari namin isecure at panghawakan para manatili saamin ang custody ng bata? Ang birth certificate po ng bata ay "unknown" ang nakalagay sa registry of father dahil hindi sya inacknowledge noon meaning illegitimate po ang pamangkin ko.
