Arresto Menor

im a public school teacher transferred from local permanent to national permanent on september 2011. tama lang po ba na wala kaming 13th month pay? october daw po kasi nila naayos yung sa 13th month. at that time, hindi pa maayos papers namin although sept ang appointment namin.

gov't employees are not covered by 13th month pay, but you have other bonuses similar to it.
