13th month pay

question po regards to 13th month pay. Maapektuhan po ba yung 13th month pay namen from the previous company? kasi ang sabe daw po ng HR namin from our current employer eh malaki daw po yung total back pay ( including the 13th month for the month of january and february ) namin from our previous company which is 30k base sa 2012 ITR ( from the previous company ). Pero the truth is 15k lang ang basic namin sa last company namen. Kaya imbes na 18 ung 13th month pay namen nasa 12 lang tas ung iba 9 ung iba 10 kase daw binawasan ng tax. confusing po talaga yung naging computation ng current company namin.

kung ano yung 13th month nyo, yun na yun.. ang sinasabi mo yung tax nyo.. depende yan sa computation at maaring ibawas don sa final pay nyo kung saan nandon din yung 13th month pay nyo..

pero yung 13th month nyo sa current company.. based dapat yan sa days na pinasok nyo for them for the current year..

Pero di nman taxable ang 13th month pay. Pro rated kapag di mo nakumpleto ang taon. so basic x no of month
