Gud pm atty. tanong ko lang po. dito sa aming Company po kasi ay my tinatawag na frisking. Ano po ba ang tamang proseso ng fisking? dapat po ba ipahubad ang mga sapatos ng mga lalake lang? kasi po sabi ko po sa mga gurad sa amin bakit lalaki lang hindi ba ito isang discrimination sa aming mga lalaki dahil kami lang ba ang pwedeng magnakaw at mga babae ay hindi .? hindi rin po kasali sa batas na ito ang mga taga opisina? mali po ba na sabihin ko na dapat ang batas ay para sa lahat ng emplyeado hindi para sa amin lang? salamat po

atty..

bali tinaggal na po ako sa work..redundancy po ang nakalagay pero kinasuhan ko na po sa nlrc last hearing po is nung oct.13 2011 sinasabi nila na redundany na daw ako pero sabi ng atty ko pinalabas lang daw na redundant ako kasi marami ako isiniwalat ng kabulastugan ng company sinagasaan ko daw is almost 25 higher level including GM.,Directors, Managers, supervisor...because of Safety, Health and sanitation issue...

1.gaano po kaya katagal ang resulta bago ilabas. mga anong year po kaya?

2.inalis po nila ako sa work nun july di na po nila ako pina papasok then yun 13th month ko isinama nila sa separation pay na ibinibigay nila nasa cheque na rin po... pero db po dapat nakahiwalay un kasi pinag trabahuhan ko na po yun simula Jan 2011 to July 2011? ano po ba dapat gawin para makuha ko yun 13th month ko kahit wala pa result ng NLRC. Hindi ko rin po tinanggap ang ano mang pera na inaabot nila ng araw na yun at di ko rin pinirmahan ang quit claim. ang pinirmahan ko lang is yung contract na nakalagay is redundant ako pero RECV COPY WITH PROTEST ASNG NILAGAY KO PO..

3. Yun Philhealth ko din po nun mg check ako sa philhealth wala pang hulog ng company? what to do po do i need po ba kasuhan agad sila ng estafa.?

4.Yung Unfair Labor na ikinaso ko sa kanila malinaw na rin po sa akin na di po daw pwede kasi wala nmn daw pong union sa company...

hello po..ask ko lang po if its a violation against labor code kung bawasan ang basic salary namin at dagdagan naman ang allowance?we have almost thousand employees..grabe..hindi namin matanggap yung bagong payment plan...they reduced basic salary that was enjoyed for a long period on time...
