ano po pwede ireference ko dito? kase sabi nila di daw po pwede ikaltas yung late sa 13th month. e yun nga lang po kase di naman kase kinakaltas sa payroll pag late yung employee. Thank you.

then i assume mo na hindi sa 13th month ikaltas, just assume na sa payroll sa na kasabay ng 13th month ikinaltas. Its all the same. Hindi naman magkaiba ang pera na para sa 13th month and para sa payroll. Wag lang magdoble
