I have a question, am I liable for a unjust vexation/ or libel kasi I texted this stupid cousin of mine with "inggrata" "bobo" "cheap" "inggit" "walang breeding" words. I only texted it to her tapos sabi niya ipinakita nya ang mga sms ko with her friends. So is there publicity on that?
Please give me advice. Thank you sa lahat.

libel won't prosper because you did not cause the text to be seen by others.

your dilemma will be whether you can deny that you sent the text under oath.
