Boardwalk Fully Paid + Interest but with Warrant

Hi to all,

I just want to ask my mother situation,
She is a boardwalk agent she has a credit of less than 20K, she recieve a note of that a case have been filed, then last week, she pays that debt in full including the interest. which boardwalk accepted that she is fully paid.

then she is now worried the the warrant might be served by a police and she may go to jail even if she is fully paid.

my question is

1. since she is now fully paid the company accepted the full payment. does this mean that the warrant is waived?

2. with the debt is now fully paid the company should issue a retract order for the warrant tama po ba?

3. as my parent go ther office they are not enteretain by the office. the secretary said they need to go to the city hall of manila. but I think there legal departmentshould do this am I right?

4. to make it simple can there legal department issue a certain document that the case is being retract so that my prent will not have to wory about the warrant

I hope you can give some light in this, para po medyo may some knowledge ako, because I intend to go to their office with my mother to clear things out, on Wednesday(10/26/2011) next week
