Arresto Menor

I have already fully paid my car loan last nov. 2013. but the bank can not release my OR and CR it's because they said that one of my co-maker have unsettled credit with the bank. I just can not understand this, I don't have anything to do with my co-makers unsettled credit with the bank. Until now I don't have yet my cars OR/CR since my co-maker haven't settled her credit. Any advice pls?
