hi! i just want to ask, kasi fully paid na yung car loan ko, pero hindi ko makuha yung documents kasi my past due account daw yung misis ko sa credit card na same bank which they claim na supplementary card holder ako which i dont remember using . Ano po ang pwede kong gawin para makuha ko yung documents ko, at para malessen yung outstanding balance ng credit card? thank you so much in advance.
