gud day po,,ask ko lang po kung tama po ba yung regulation ng compony namin regrding sa late,,kapag kc naka 5 times late kmi sa loob ng isang buwan ay masususpend kmi ng 3days,,s pangalawang buwan at nalate kmi ulit ay 5days suspend,,at sa pangatlo po ay terminated na po ang gagawin..ask ko lang po kung legal po ba iyon?pls help naman po tnx.

is there a rolling period? like these three months should be within 1 year, or even if the last month was 2 year ago, it will still be counted?
