Ask ko lang po, can we still terminate or dismiss a regular employee based on existing rules and regulations of the company once he or she violated those rules?

Di naman pwede na porket regular ka and may security of tenure ka na lalabagin mo na ang Company Policy.. hindi po ganun yun..
