Maganda buhay po sa lahat.
Employee po kasi ako sa isang coopbank eh meron po kasi kaming code of ethics nakasaad po dun na An employee with salary grade of 19 is consider an office of the bank. Since 2012 po salary grade 20 na po ako pero wala po ako nakukuhang any officers benefits. Till now po or 2016 lng po nila ito naammend. Nagconcern po ako sa kanila sa HR at BOD. Ang stand po nila di daw po ako officer kasi ang BOD lang daw po ang nagsasabi kung sino or anong position ang Officer position. At ung section po na pinopoint ko eh na superseded na daw po ng mga IRR. Ang Code of Ethics na Policy namin eh pwede po ba sya ma supersede ng IRR? at aminado po sila na di pa nila na amend ung policy.  Nagfile po ako ng concern sa labor nagkasundo kami ng mag request daw ako ulit sa BOD pero para lang i deny nila ung request ko. tapos before po lumabas ung decision nila na deny  ang request ko eh nag baba sila ng memo na divest ang rights ang access ko  sa lahat. May laban po ba ako kung itutuloy ko sa NLRC ung reklamo ko?May balita din po kasi na kapag tinuloy ko sa NLRC it terminate na nila po ako kahit walang grounds.
