Arresto Menor

Atty., pwede ko po ba hatakan ng motor yung magasawa na nanghiram sakin pero hindi nakalagay sa agreement namin at yung babae lang ang nakapirma pero nakapangalan ang motor sa lalaki. Maliit na lang po yung balance nya 11k kaso pinahihirapan po nya ko masingil. Gusto ko po turuan ng leksyon para madala. Balita ko po kase itong tao na to pag alam nyang di na sya makakarenew d na daw nagbabayad, pahirapan na. Ano po dapat ko gawin?

don't do it. if you don't have a court order allowing you, then you will find yourself charged with carnapping and coercion.

your better solution is to file a case at his bgy and then a small claims case. rules on sc.judiciary.gov.ph. righteousness doesn't make it right.

Alright. Thank you so much atty. Eh pano po pag halimbawa nagsama ako ng police sa kanila pag siningil ko sya para lang po mejo mataot sya. Nakakainis po kase talaga. Sila na nga may atraso sila pa ang mananakot na pag d talaga sya nakabayad idemanda ko na lang sya. Malakas po ang loob eh. Meron naman po silang mini talipapa na sila lang ang meron ganun don so everyday malakas kita nya. Sa bumbay nga po nakakapagbayad sya daily sa 3 bumbay tapos saken na walang tubo ayaw magbayad.
