Arresto Menor

I need your help guys. Ano po pwedeng gawin sa friend ko na ayaw magbayad ng utang nya sa credit card. Bumili kasi sya ng phone installment,payable for 1 year then credit card ko po ang ginamit.
Five months na po nakakalipas pero d pa sya nagbibigay ng pambayad. Tinitext at tinatawagan ko po sya pero sadyang ayaw nyang magreply or magpakita man lang sa akin. Ano po ba magandang gawin? Nasa akin pa po yung receipt na nagsign sya ng name nya dun. Please help..
