if you are ask to go for the quality control in NBI. does it mean also that you cant work abroad? will the immigration allow you to go abroad in case you already have a scheduled flight?
please help im so confuse.

if your documents are complete and you have clearance from poea, then you should not be prevented unless there is a wlo or hdo against you

atty. what if you still have a pending case for 4 years and till now. is it possible that you have a HDO? GAANO PO KATAGAL MAWAWALA YUNG HBO? thank you atty.
