Good morning po. May gusto lang po sana akong isanguni sa inyo. Yung kapatid ko po kasi kumuha ng nbi last month and ng kukunin na niya po kahapon sabi po punta po sia sa NBI main office sa QUALITY Control division kasi may kaso daw po siya. Ang naalala niya po eh may utang siya last year na hindi nabayaran sa isang online lending company. Tanong ko po posible po ba na yun ang naging problema nya baka? baka daw po kasi sinampahan siya ng kaso.Makakakuha pa po ba sya ng NBI at makakaalis pa po ba siya ng bansa? godbless po sa lahat at salamat.

depende kung anong kinaso sa kanya nung lending company. kung simpleng pagdefault lang sa utang eh hindi ito lalabas sa NBI clearance nya since civil case lang ito. however, if pinalabas/nagclaim si lending company na dinifraud ng kapatid mo yung company para makautang eh pwedeng criminal case ang nakasampa.

advise him to proceed with the interview nang malaman nya ang detalye. hindi naman sya dadakipin sa NBI. rerefer lang sya sa korte kung saan nakasampa ang kaso kung totoo na sya nga yung may kaso.
