non-registration of a marriage does not render a marriage void, but of course, if it's not registered, then the presumption is that no marriage happened until the contrary is proven.

do you want the marriage to become valid? it can be late registered

what he did, if true, is falsification of a public document.

what you can do is to request a cenomar, then use that to ask the government agencies to correct their records.

..Ive done some research on that, Art.172 of Revised Penal Code. Falsification by private individuals and use of falsified docs. How long is the medium & maximum of prision correccional as stated there if he will be convicted? Is it bailable & how much?! thanks po...

..how about the money i lend to him? we don't have any papers regd that bec all i know he's my husband.. somehow he deceived me, if i only knew the real situation i will never lend him even a single cent.. thanks

i disagree. that is the actual copy which he used to fool you into thinking that there is a valid certificate. and if there is a copy, then an original exists which is probably in his control.
