magiging valid ba ang kasal ng mag asawa kung lahat ng personal details na binigay nung spouse nya during courtship was all fabricated, like edad family background pati isang bata na sinasabi nya na anak nyo pero nalaman mo na hindi pala ninyo anak at hiniram lng nya ang bata lahat ng ito po ay nalaman lng after the fact po ng marriage. pwde po ba sampahan ng kaso ung spouse pag ganun. may habol ba cya sa properties?

i think this will fall into a gray area question, but imo, it is not the kind of fraud which is considered basis for annulment.

I agree with attyLLL that is not the fraud contemplated by law as ground for annulment.
