we are selling 2nd hand copiers from abroad, is it ok because one of the brands that were selling, , claims that phxxxxx is the sole distributor of copier machines in the philippines, but were selling 2nd hand not brand new and it usually comes from europe, not china or japan, i need help please

ask for a copy of their distribution agreement. ask for proof that they are the exclusive distributor.
