We are the 3rd owner actually,

Binenta samin nung 2nd owner di pa nakalagay yung pangalan niya sa deed of sale,
Pinirmahan ng abogado at napanotaryohan na yung deed of sale na binigay samin nung 2nd owner, parang kami din yung 2nd owner

ang tanong is hindi pa napalipat sa pangalan namin, pwede ba namin tong ibenta na deed of sale lang ang hawak namin???

kung kumpleto naman papeles nung unang may ari at second seller, pwede yan. open deed of sale ang tawag sa ganyan.

May ID po nung 2nd seller, pero di naman naka indicate yung pangalan niya sa deed of sale,. yung first owner lang talaga at may 2 photocopy of ID narin, mga OR at CR, tapos mga papel from the casa itself.

Meron pa po akong deed of sale na blanko na may pirma nung original owner, pwede po kaya yon ang pa-notaryo nila?

bale ang importante ay meron kang blank deed of sale from the original owner along with his id's and complete papers nung sasakyan. kung meron ka nito, kung sino man ang may hawak nung blank na deed of sale, pwedeng palabasin na sya ang owner nung sasakyan.

btw, check mo validity nun id's na provided nung owner kasi di ko sure kung magkaka issue ka kung paso na yung ID's nung orig owner at the time na benta mo yung sasakyan.
