Thank you in advance,
we bought a property from a big company, after paying the full payment they called us after 3 days and told us that someone has already bought the property before us, then why did they still sold it to us and accepted our payment?
we tried to have a settlement with them but seems there not talking us seriously, in which they should be the one trying to get a settlement with us.
what should we do to get our money back?
And how should we be compensated?
we have all the documentation of payments,
btw any lawyers available for their service?
