hi im working in a call center, i have 15 VL and 12 SL, vL and SL are they legal rights? considering that its stipulated on the contract???
my concerns is
>> i have 12 vl left i cant use it bec workforce keeps on rejecting my request even it was filed 2 mos in advance and its almost end of fiscal year (aug 31) and they will just pay 5 days of that and the rest are thank you. . .ive been raising this concern to my sup, OM, and HR but not getting favorable response, i was told by my sup its a privilege...i dont believe that bec its part of our contract, they should give whats due for us..is there a way i can demand to my company to let me use my leave or pay the vl left in full??
