Are vacation leave and sick leave be considered absences?? Yung company kasi namin just today nag circulate ng memo tapos they also discussed it in our daily meeting na 3 consecutive absences within 3 month period ground for suspension na din worst is termination tlga.. I asked them na yung vacation leave and sick leave considered ba na absent yun,, they said yes daw. absent daw.. to picture it out : ganito kung baga sa April nag vacation leave ka tapos sa May nagkasakit ka nag file ka ng sick leave, now sa June unexpected na nagkasakit ka or may importanteng lakad ka,, they said ground for suspension or termination na kasi consecutive na daw? Is this legal??
