hi,

we are contractual employees of cooperative, just want to ask why we are not entitled to have a sick leave? i am in 3years of service in cooperative and still i have 5 days vacation leave. and also we dont have coordinator to gather our dtr it is us who deliver it in their office at baclaran while we are assign here in cavite.

The law requires only 5 days of VL & SL (called service incentive leave - SIL) so the minimum requirement has been met already.
