Good day Atty.! My husband and I got married last 2008. This 2011, I was surprised to know that he was also married to another woman last 1996. Also, only this year did I know that my husband went to a fixer before(2008)to erase his 1996 marriage contract in order for us to be married.
1. I was just wondering if our marriage is null and void even if his first marriage was erased by a fixer before we got married,
2. And, how about the other woman's record at NSO, does her marriage with my husband still appear?

you should confirm this information first by requesting for the marriage certificate from the nso. if there is a record of a former marriage, then your marriage is void.
