Last 15th of July was our salary day. The company gave us a partial payment of Ps2,500.00. Its already the 21st and yet they haven't paid us. Can we file a case about this at DOLE? or where or to whom should wee seek help from?

Hi.. same case sa hubby ko.. He already filed complaint sa DOLE and he will have a hearing tomorrow.

Ang kaso nmn kasi ni hubby ko is, always delayed for 1-3 days ung salary nila without advise sa mga employees. Allowances and OT pay din minsan late and the pay slip simula december wala pa. Wala naman sanang problem sa delay salary and point lang sana na advise sila.

ano po ba ang dapat namin i expect from DOLE.

if the company eventually paid, then you can expect the dole to ask the company to ensure faster payment. the rule is that there should be salaries every 16 days.
