Hi! I work as a service contractor, project-based po. Sanay na akong ma-delay ang sahod for two weeks to one month. And then I heard that hindi pa mai-release ang sweldo ko kasi naka-hold ang budget ng project dahil may hinihintay pang report from one of the team members. As of the moment, hindi ko pa rin nakukuha ang sweldo ko for Sept 15 and 30, malapit na naman mag-cut-off for Oct 15.

May karapatan po ba akong magreklamo dahil sa mahigit isang buwan nang delayed na sahod? Kung meron man po, kanino ako dapat lumapit?

yes, you have the right to file a complaint. however, don't expect that the dole's actions will be quick
