Hi! Lagi pong delayed ang sah0d ng mister ko. His payday is every 10th and 25th of the month pero laging 11th and 26th of the month pumapasok ang sahod nya kahit weekdays matapat ang sahod. Kapag sabado naman o sunday matapat malamang lunes pa ang sahod nila kaso kahit pa ganun sasahod sila gabi na around 10PM pa. Katulad po ngayong araw na to dapat po may sahod na sila kaso nung tumawag po kme sa agency nya ngyng gabi lang ang sabi for approval pa lang daw po. So kung hindi un ma-approve malamang nyan bukas pa ulit sila sasahod.

Anu po bang dapat gawin? Salamat po.

Under the law, the employer has 14 days to give your salary. If one day delay lang just think of it na 11th and 26th talaga ang payday nya.
