salary delayed

Hi ask ko lang po yong kapatid ko po kasi nag wowork sa isang fast food company. Hired ang kapatid ko ng isang multipurpose cooperative na ang main business is mag deploy ng personnel sa mga fast food company.Ang pasok niya ay everyday except sunday restday.ang payroll cut off nila is 1-15 ang shod makukuha every 25th of the month. at kapag 16-31 cutoff every 10th of the month ang sahod. Naka ATM naman po sila. pero ang sahod nag rereflect sa atm laging gabi na ng 10th or 25th usually 6PM or 7PM. At Kapag nag fall pa ng sunday ang 10th or 25th ang sahod nawiwithdraw nya ang sahod ng monday around 4pm to 5pm. Ask ko lang may na violate ba yng cooperative sa empleyado nila. Kasi yon po ang laging dilemma nagkapatid ko. need nya ang pera para rin sa mga duedate nya na nagkataon nman na nagfall ng every 25th of the month. kaso lagi sayang na dedelay kasi ang salary gabi na nawiwithdraw. Follow up po...ang fastfood company ay updated naman po mag bayad sa cooperative about sa mga na render n service ng empleyado nila.kaya naiisip namin wala s fastfood ang cause of delay.

i think that's still ok as long he is receiving it regularly. what the law requires is that the employee receives something every 16 days

@TS i guess you can file a monetary claim if the employee doesnt receive any compensation over 16days like what atty. mentioned above.

regular cut-off per payroll
payroll 1-15 cut-off will be 10 (cut-off date is depending on company's processing procedure)
payroll 16-31 cut-off will be 25 (same as above)

in my case our company's cut-off per payroll is almost 1week ahead of payday

and just wanna add FYI payslip must be issue right after paydate.
