Hello,

Good Day. I am working in a BPO company. Unlike other companies, this company do not issue payroll atm cards. By the time you are hired, you need to provide them your own ATM account number for payroll purposes, you can choose whatever bank you want. Now, im using BPI and I have encountered delay in my salary starting December of 2014. For example, December 15 payroll payout was credited to my account on December 17. I talked to BPI regarding this and they don't see any issues on my bank account. I am the only person who is having such delay in salary.

Now, for January 15 payout, my colleagues who is using BPI as their payroll, they have their salary credited on the 14th of January. So i raised this issue to my payroll counterpart. They are working on the issue and promised me to have it credited on the 20th since 15,16 and 19 is a Philippine holiday. Yesterday I talked to BPI branch where my account was opened, they told me that they need a physical letter stating the company code to avoid such delay in the future.
So what i did was, i contacted our payroll counterpart and advised what my bank told me over the phone. They told me that my salary will be credited within the day. I keep on sending follo-ups to them but don't get any reply Unluckily, when i checked online, it was not credited until today, January 21st. Is this worth to be raised to DOLE?

just make sure all the info needed by the bank is with them. that way it won't happen again.
