i've been working in a collection agency for 9 mos. (jul-march)in a commission basis. I decided to resigned because of its delayed salary. December salary pa lang po ang nkukuha ko. Just wanna ask, is there some law that protects employees like me. Are they obliged to give all my salary (Jan-March) since im already formally reigned from their office? Hoping for your response. Thank you

After going through trainning at a call center at Libis from March 5- April 11, 2012 (Job Offer & Training Contract)
I was finally endorsed to production and have been given a new contract "Project Based Employment Contract", so meaning I am now an "employee". The situation that I am currently in is that, we have not been given our pay for our "product specific training" based on our training contract. "Training allowance will be prepared one week after completion of each phase of training. Release of training allowance will always be be on a friday via payroll account".
Our 1st payout was March 23, 2nd April 4 (Wed because it was Holy Week), suppose to be today (april 13) ang 3rd payout but it was not deposited, could this be a "breach of contract already on the part of the company. Thanks

send a courteous email to HR first. else, your remedy is to file a money claim at nlrc.

hi sir/madam ,

good day , i really need your advice on this matter , i'm a government employed University instructor since June 2012..and for some reason until now i havent recieved my salary yet. Ang tagal na po sir, simula pa lng nagpasukan until magsesembreak na wala pa din..whenever i asked them about it ang sinsabi lng po ay paki hintay hintay na lng,,

ngayon po , they said they reviewed my application and as per them , i did not pass the psychology test given as a pre employment requirement , as a result di pa po mabibigay ang sahod ko..is that legal? on my stand po , sana if i did not passthe said exam , they should not let me start, hindi yung kung kelan almost 5 months na ko nagwowork UNPAID , now pa lng nila sinabi..

I need any help on this matter kasi po first thing ay government agency din po ang nirereklamo ko so mejo woried po ako on filing that case on DOLE,im really worried bka po kasi mabias..but again what can i do? im just a humble employee.

any insight on this matter will be very much appreciated. thank you,
