Ano po ba ang pwede naming gwin to get our full salary from a start up BPO company? Ang nangyari po kasi, alam po nung may ari na nag tatrabaho kami nung Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Black Saturday. We were even corresponding via Email and Skype. Pero nung dumating na yung end of the month, pinasend nya sa amin yung computationa and ang total salary for our department. Pero and reply nya po is hindi raw tama yung computation at di daw nya kayang bayaran.
So ang ginawa nya po ay binayaran nya kami ng barely half dun sa full salary para daw po sumahod kmi khit papano at dhil hindi raw po kaya ng funds nya na ibigay yung full salary sa ngayon. So next week nalang daw po yung difference.
Pero the next week, and sabi na nung May-ari, kailangan i recompute at tanggalin daw ang holiday pay kasi daw hindi nya inapprove ang OT na yon. Eh hindi naman po OT pay yung hinihingi namin for that day kundi Holiday pay po. May just cause and merit ba kami in case we would opt to report this sa NLRC?
Any article sa Labor code na pwede naming i-cite or precedents na pwedeng gamitin sa compalint? Or kahit ano pong material na pwede naming magamit against sa employer regarding our case...
